The project will create a unique self-contained community of stunning properties, surrounding five freshwater lakes, situated just minutes from a wide range of leisure activities, such as spa retreats and fine dining to golfing, trail walking and sailing.

The development is already under construction with a number of properties completed. Infrastructure including access roads and utilities are installed.

There will also be a range of other facilities,including boutique condo apartments and spa leisure clubhouse from David Lloyd Resorts with a gymnasium, in-door swimming pool, bar, restaurant & tennis courts. Other amenities will includes; grocery store, boating club and equestrian centre, completing this very special private but community-based resort in an idyllic setting.

Activities: As temperatures dip during the winter months, the lakes become personal ice-skating rinks, the nearby mountains offer extensive skiing options, while snow-mobiles and dog-sleds become the chosen transport for some residents.

The mild spring is followed by warm and balmy summer months, where temperatures stretch lazily to the other end of the scale at 30 degrees, and skis are replaced by bikes and hiking boots, ice skates are stored away and water skis, sailing boats and kayaks get an airing. The lakes are vibrant waters, teeming with freshwater fish.

And, finally, in the autumn, watch the surrounding woodland change from green to gold until it is resplendent in burnished bronze.

The lakes will be an angler’s heaven, well stocked with freshwater fish. While non-motorised and motorised water sports will be permitted and specified to certain lakes, and so will be sympathetically managed to preserve the integrity of the environment
