weatherboard look, more usually associated with New England, and
are located at the edge of the lake. Alternatively, residents may

property is bespoke and built to order. There are
specific styles of property model available (log or weatherboard)
and buyers have a choice of ten options ranging from 1,385 to
3,300 square feet, three to five bedroom log-style homes through
to grand New England style clapboard houses of more than 5,000
square feet.

any materials or building defects. The properties are all constructed
to stringent Canadian laws to minimise the carbon footprint and
yet provide warm, spacious luxury homes in a stunning setting.
