Site Plan – Each property will stand in its own
grounds of up to 3 acres of either lakefront or woodland plots. The natural woodland will be preserved so
that the properties literally nestle in the existing landscape,
maintaining the stunning environment and setting.
The plots on the site plan (to the right) may look somewhat regimented but these large plots
will have no fences as the existing woodland will act as a natural barrier between each property.
Properties will be built in defined phases to minimise disruption
and maintain the integrity of EAGLES RIDGE as it evolves.
