Lease-back concept
With Le Jardin de Fleur, the fully managed rental
scheme allows you to earn money whilst you’re not staying
in your holiday home.
When you complete your property purchase you enter into a leaseback
agreement with the Resort Management Company. The management company
will be responsible for:

Full furnishing and maintenance of property
to luxury standards

Operation and maintenance of communal resort
facilities (including clubhouse, restaurants, pools, gardens,
reception)

Resort services such as transportation,
housekeeping, excursion bookings, private catering & lifestyle
services

Management of touristic rentals via hotel
reservation system

Delivery of Owner rental income profit from
centrally managed rentals pool

Administering Owner annual occupancy requests

All property transactions
are in Moroccan Dirhams and so not dependent on the €/£
exchange rates.
How do I reserve a property?
We will reserve a property for a maximum period of 14 days. To
do this you have to pay an initial holding deposit of £3.000
. This gives you the time to either visit Mediterrania Saïdia
or to buy site unseen. If you change your mind, within the 14
day period, the holding deposit is fully refundable.
What is the payment structure?
On exchange of contracts, 20% of the purchase price is payable
(less the initial holding deposit). A second payment of 20% is
due when building works commence i.e. when ground work and foundations
are started. On completion, the outstanding balance of 60% is
due either by mortgage or cash to complete your purchase.
