Location

The resort is just 1 km outside Louisbourg, with its landmark of the Fortress of Louisbourg to the east of the island, and also just 30 km away from Sydney with its airport.

 

From the UK & Europe regular direct or one-stop flights are available to Halifax and within total 7 hours flying time with; Air Canada, Air Transat, Fly Zoom, Thomas Cook flights are available daily from Halifax to Sydney within an approximate duration of 45 minutes.

From Canada and the United States, Cape Breton Island, can be reached by land or rail across the Canso Causeway, a mile-long road and railway system that is part of the Trans-Canada Highway. It is also possible to get there is by sea by ferry.
