The Properties
The individual luxury chalets will be fully
furnished and equipped, available from 2 to 5 bedrooms with most
having a bath per bedroom. The majority will include a basement
and sauna, and hot tubs are provided on all properties together
with a generous deck. Supervised by an architect they will be
each built freestanding, with extraordinary landscaping and gardening
on an approx. 4,024 m² (1 acre) lot, which guarantees privacy
without being isolated.
A selection of chalet designs and purchase prices are available
for the purchaser to select from. Each will be constructed through
CBI Developers, together with local companies and by the material
and design of Viceroy Homes.
Furniture - You
can choose a solid wood furnishings package from six top quality
furnishing styles, with two colour variations, produced by Harvest
House which is one of the furniture market leaders in Canada.
This is a turn key service. The furniture prices will vary between
the kind of wood (e.g. maple, walnut, oak, pine ash, elm, cherry
tree, birch, etc.) and setting (e.g. leather, upholstered, etc.)
you choose. If you exercise the option of placing the Resort Home
in the Rental Pool the furnishings package will be chosen by you
from the Rental Pool packages offered by CBI Developers. These
packages are significantly cheaper than if you were to purchase
separately due to the volume discounts negotiated. The furnishings
package must conform with similar furnishings of other Resort
Homes.
